Payment Options
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 
We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time. Please note that your credit card statement will read ‘Rossman Imaging’, not Alexis Romeo.
New York State residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
We only ship to your credit card billing address. We reserve the right to only accept orders from customers with verifiable addresses and telephone numbers. If your credit card information cannot be verified, we will have no alternative but to decline your order.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery
My jewelry is hand crafted, and all pieces that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 5 days after payment confirmation. If a piece is not in stock, I will hand craft it for you and notify you by email of a specific delivery date. All items are inspected before shipment for quality of materials and craftsmanship.
I guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of my jewelry, and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate. You may return your item within one week (7 days) from date received (see Return Policy below). The price, minus a restocking charge of 15%, will be refunded.
Shipping
We ship to United States street addresses.
Call for information on shipment outside of the United States.
We ship only by UPS. Shipping is free at the time of your order. For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery, regardless of any signature waivers on file. If the item is returned, it will be subject to a restocking charge; see Return Policy below.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not delighted with the item you purchased, you may return it within 7 days of date received for credit to your account, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones, the item has not been engraved, and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. A returned item will not be eligible for refund until after our inspection. You will receive a refund to your original credit card of the item’s price minus a 15% restocking charge. Example -- original price: $150, less 15% restocking charge: -$22.50 = your refund: $127.50.
If you wish to make a return, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number; otherwise the package will not be accepted.
To return an item to us, follow our three-step process:
- Obtain your Return Authorization Code:
Call us at (585) 787-1227 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Be sure to write the RA # on the outside of the package, or it will not be accepted. - Insure Your Package:
We recommend that you insure your return package as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items. - Package Your Return:
